Warranty Information

All products come with a one-year, standard depot service warranty. At the time of purchase, customers have a choice of extending the warranty by an additional two years covering the products for a total of three years. Warranty on systems includes Parts & Labor only.

R.M.A.

  • Contact Thin Labs Help Desk by phone or email requesting warranty service.
  • Support personnel will try and resolve issues by phone or email.
  • If the reported problem cannot be resolved remotely, a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is issued.
  • The product should be shipped in its original packing and the RMA# should be clearly stated on the shipping label/document.
  • On receipt of product, warranty is validated, warranty covered service is provided at no charge.
  • The product is repaired or replaced and shipped back by standard surface mail. Air shipments will be billed at actuals.
  • Warranty returns are repaired within 5 business days. Customer should allow additional time for shipping to and from the Thin Labs Repair Depot.
